    Returns and exchanges are only offered under the following conditions:

    • The product is defective or damaged.
    • You received a different product from what you ordered.
    • Requests for return or exchange are subject to availability of stock and if refund is required it will be processed in 48 working hours if the order does not satisfy above conditions
  2. Unboxing Video Requirement
    To process any return or exchange request, an unboxing video must be provided as proof. This video should clearly show the package being opened and the condition of the item inside.

  3. Time Frame for Claims

    • Claims for returns or exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    • You can contact us via email or Instagram direct message to initiate your claim. Please include your order details and the unboxing video for verification.
